Game Mechanics

  • PF2 - If something made you trained in a subset of weapons, like Archer Dedication making you trained in simple or martial bows, those weapons would not display as trained in the purchase window if it was your only source of training in those weapons.
  • PF2 - If something made you treat a subset of weapons as simple instead of martial or martial instead of advanced, and you were trained in the new group and the source was not most ancestry feats that did this, those weapons would not display as trained in the purchase window.
  • PF2 - The weapon proficiency lists should now report more comprehensive information.

  • All games - some characters could get into a state where minions could not be activated
  • PF2 - Circumstance bonuses to ranged attack and damage rolls were stacking.
  • PF2 - The dwarf elemental heart heritage's Energy Emanation ability was not calculating its DC correctly.
  • PF2 - The gnome's Natural Performer feat was not allowing an alternate skill selection if Performance was already trained.
  • PF2 - The lizardfolk's Sharp Fangs feat did not have a damage type set for its fangs attack.
  • PF2 - The champion's Blade of Justice feat was only adding damage dice to melee weapons.
  • PF2 - The champion's Blade of Justice feat didn't have an activation to convert weapon damage to good.

Patch 2023-03-30

  • When creating characters, added a "Choose Iconic Character" option, which presents a list iconic PCs and other pregenerated PCs to select from.
  • Grouped all character creation/import options under a unified menu
  • When the window is resized below the width where the navigation and side panels can both be pinned open, the side panel now auto-collapses instead of remaining overlaid.
  • Vault Viewer - Fixed cases of definition menus being incorrectly organized, especially when definitions are spread across mutliple books.
  • Vault Viewer - Fixed Advanced Search filters incorrectly excluding keyword results when using book filters
  • Vault Viewer - Fixed the "Opening" link at the top of the book navigation panel not working

Patch 2023-04-06

  • PF2 - The shadowdancer archetype's Shadow Magic feat wasn't adding a focus point.
  • PF2 - Skill feats from archetypes were being displayed as choices in the Class Feats and Free Archetype Feats tables, when they should only be able to be taken from tables where skill feats are normally allowed.
  • PF2 - Weapon traits were appearing the the Racial Abilities table of animal companions.
  • PF2 - Runes that had a damage type prereq, such slashing for the vorpal rune, would not display as valid for weapons with the versatile or modular traits that allowed then to deal that damage type.
  • PF2 - Bucklers made from special materials were being given the wrong hardness, HP, and break threshold.
  • PF2 - Per designer clarification, when using your normal unarmed attack bonus while polymorphed into a battle form, that bonus should include item bonuses such as from handwraps of mighty blows.
  • PF2 - NPCs were not increasing the die size of weapons with the two-handed trait when wielding them in two hands.
  • PF2 - Creature adjustments that added a natural attack could not have that attack's damage customized.
  • SF - The SRO race's datajack and comm unit couldn't be removed.
  • SF - The homeworlds for races from Alien Archive 4 were missing.
  • SF - Reconfigurable clothing has had modifications option added for purchase for all current clothing options.
  • SF - The price of each reconfigurable clothing mod was including the base cost of reconfigurable clothing.
  • PF1 - some abilities were being duplicated on the character

  • PF2 - The PFS restrictions for Lost Omens: Firebrands have been applied.
  • PF2 - Recent updates to the PFS restrictions to several books have been applied.

  • PF2 - The proficiency bonus for class DC wasn't being calculated correctly.
  • PF2 - The Weapon Proficiency feat was only granting proficiency in simple weapons.
  • PF2 - Fixed an issue preventing a small number of PF2 characters from loading
