  • PF2 - Added the remaining archetypes from the Advanced Players' Guide.

Client Changes and Improvements

  • Certain errors reported when making a change to a character now include a "Show details" link displaying the details of the error, with an option to report it as a bug if the user believes the error to be a bug
  • Changed the downtime notification message to not auto close.
    • Dev note: When we originally introduced downtime messaging, multiple notifications were shown at increasingly short intervals as downtime approached, Because multiple notifications were unlikely to be missed, auto-close after a short delay was implemented. Once we revised downtime messaging to notify once, and afterwards appear as a small countdown widget on the app header, it became much easier to miss the single notification. We had multiple users provide feedback that they missed the notification, didn't notice the small countdown timer, and were disrupted unexpectedly in the middle of a game. This change aims to prevent that.

Client Bug Fixes

  • Fixes some instances where a notification message would not be dismissed automatically when a new notification meant to replace it is being displayed
  • Fixes certain error messages not being displayed when attempting to make a change to a character
  • Fixes downtime notices not displaying a new notification if the expected duration changed without changing the expected start of the downtime
  • PF2/SF - Dice Roller - Fixed custom dice roller error messages like 'Invalid syntax at line 1 col 8: ={1d20--3} ^ Unexpected "-"' when entering a negative modifier value, closing the dice roller, and opening it again.
  • SR6 - Custom dice roller - Fixed errors like 'invalid syntax at line 1 col 11: #{1d6s5f1gw} ^ Unexpected "w" ' when using a wild die, closing the dice roller, and reopening.
  • Campaigns - PF2/SF - Dice Roller - Fixed errors like "Encoded results have improper syntax: =4|7+-3|7"

Game Mechanics

  • PF2 - Oracles weren't adding their Charisma modifier to their spell attack modifiers and DCs.
  • PF2 - A Lore Oracle was not receiving their additional spells per day.
  • PF2 - The champion class will now be renamed to match your Devotion.
  • PF2 - The Vampiric Exsanguination spell' save effects for critical success and success were reversed.
  • PF2 - When choosing spells, summon instrument was being listed under the 1st-level spells, rather than cantrips.
  • PF2 - The rituals from the APG now have warnings if you are not trained enough to perform the ritual (the warning will go away if you add the ritual anyway).
  • PF2 - The skill feats added by archetypes were incorrectly being allowed as class feat selections.
  • PF2 - Skill feats available from an archetype are now hidden in the Skill Feats list until you have taken the archetype's dedication feat, to avoid cluttering the list of feats.
  • PF2 - A dual-classed rogue/sorcerer or rogue/wizard wasn't getting all the skill feats they should.
  • PF2 - A dual-classed wizard's specialty school was renaming the other class, not wizard.
  • PF2 - A human character with the Natural Ambition feat and using the dual-class rules from the Gamemastery Guide could only select their bonus 1st-level class feat from one of their classes, and not the other.
  • PF2 - Special scrolls can now be added to represent the scrolls created by the Annotate Composition bard feat.
  • PF2 - Talismans that are attached to weapons/armor were not included in the printed character sheet.
  • PF2 - Talismans that are attached to weapons/armor now include their description text in the attached item's description text.
  • PF2 - The skill feat Quick Jump had a misspelled word in its summary text.
  • PF2 - The Celestial Lore feat was not giving the ability to choose both Diplomacy and Religion skills.
  • PF2 - The Furious Focus feat had misspelled words in the short summary text.
  • PF2 - The Experienced Professional skill feat was incorrectly being allowed to take multiple times.
  • PF2 - The Frightful Presence monster ability summary text refereed to playtest rules.
  • PF2 - Ancestry Lore skills were not showing up as options for the selected race. For example, elves could not add Elven Lore to the skills tab.
  • PF2 - The Armored Skirt added to the chain shirt was generating an error about wearing two suits of armor.
  • PF2 - A wizard character with the Scholar background was being forced to have Arcana trained twice (once from the class and once from the background). Now if the same magic tradition skill is taken on Scholar that the class has you can choose a different skill for the class.
  • PF2 - Monsters with the Grab special ability were getting invalid dice messages when trying to roll attacks.
  • PF2 - Shields with a Boss or Spikes were counting as two weapons instead of one towards the weapon storage locker limit.
  • PF2 - The Steady Spellcasting class feat for Wizards and Druids was incorrectly listed at level 4 instead of level 6.
  • PF2 - The druid Order Magic class feat was not checking for the Order Explorer feat.
  • PF2 - The Pathfinder Society entry for The Swords school had the The Scrolls' description text instead.
  • PF2 - The magic items Predictable Silver Piece & Earthsight Box where incorrectly categorized as Armor.
  • PF2 - The Blood Vendetta spell from Advanced Players Guide was missing traditions.
  • PF2 - The Ranger's Snare Specialist feat was not allowing you to add the snare formulas you learn or record which quick deployment snares you were creating that day.
  • PF2 - The Tongues spell was missing from the divine tradition spell list.
  • PF2 - The "Spells Known/Prepared" & " Spells Cast Per Day" adjustments were not allowing selection of 10th level spells.
  • PF2 - The Swashbuckler Dedication feat was requiring both Acrobatics and the style Skill to be marked as trained.
  • PF2 - The Swashbuckler Dedication feat was incorrectly asking for Athletics instead of Acrobatics to be trained.
  • PF2 - A Spirit Barbarian's additional damage was not increasing correctly at level 7.
  • PF2 - The Marshal Archetype was asking for both Diplomacy and Intimidation to be trained instead of allowing just one of the two skills to be trained.
  • SF - The Feat Polymorph Adept was not correctly verifying its polymorph spell prereq.
  • SF - The different versions of the Vital Seed hybrid item all had incorrectly listed level 4 and cost of 650cr.
  • SF - A Gloom Gunner Solider was incorrectly having the effects of "Shadow Fusion" and "Shadow Secrets" apply before levels 5 and 13.
  • SF - The Operative alternate class feature "Stunt and Strike" was basing levels on the full character instead of only operative class levels.
  • SF - The Star Knight's archetype Armor Mastery ability was not ignoring the prerequisites of the given heavy or light armor feats.
