• Campaigns - Fixed "Invalid request parameter" errors that could occur when setting the initiative for a character after reloading the page, or if characters were added to the stage during a combat
• Campaigns - Fixed some inconsistent sorting for stage characters that could occur before confirming initiative order
• Campaigns - Fixed "Invalid request parameter" errors that would occur upon selecting "Confirm and Start" if characters were added to the stage after "Roll Initiative".
