Lone Wolf Development and LWD Technology (“LWD”, “we”, or “our”) seek to foster a friendly and collegial community for users of their products and services. To that end, the following Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules governing interaction with the Services provided, as stipulated in the Terms of Service. These rules are intended to provide guidance and restrictions governing your use of, and participation in, the Services.

Dos

You agree that you will:

1. Comply with all applicable laws, including, without limitation, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, cyberstalking laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements;
2. Respect others’ views and opinions at all times;
3. Present constructive feedback when sharing criticism and differing viewpoints;
4. Be honest, courteous, and forthright with others;
5. Maintain decorum and stay on-topic;
6. Provide accurate information to us and keep it regularly updated.

Don’ts

You agree that you will not:

1. Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network;
2. Breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures;
3. Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services or areas of the Services you have not been invited to, including other members' shared areas;
4. Interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network, for example by sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any part of the Services;
5. Plant malware or otherwise use the Services to distribute malware;
6. Access or search the Services by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces;
7. Send unsolicited communications, promotions or advertisements, or spam to any person;
8. Send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing";
9. Publish anything that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes another's rights;
10. Promote or advertise products or services other than your own without appropriate authorization;
11. Impersonate or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
12. Publish or share materials that are unlawfully pornographic or indecent, or that advocate bigotry, or that promote religious, racial, ethnic, or gender-based hatred (other than against fictitious persons or entities as part of a game);
13. Publish or share images, photographs, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, but not limited to, copyright or trademark laws (or by rights of privacy or publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to share the material;
14. Use any material or information, including images or photographs, via the Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party;
15. Use the Services to harass, abuse, or send other unwelcome communications to people (e.g. romantic advances, sexually explicit content, junk mail, spam, chain letters, phishing schemes);
16. Engage in hate speech acts like attacking people because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, political or religious affiliations, or medical or physical condition;
17. Rent, lease, loan, trade, sell/re-sell or otherwise monetize the Services or related data or access to the same, without LWD’s consent;
18. Use IP proxying or other methods to disguise the location from which you are purchasing or otherwise using the Services;
19. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses and other personal data;
20. Violate the law in any way, violate the privacy of others, or defame others.
